We are very thankful for a wonderful Christmas with my family up in Prince George. There was lots of snow and cold, which made me feel quite at home! We were able to get out cross country skiing three times, which felt very good. It was so peaceful and beautiful with all of the snow on the trees.
I am currently in St. Louis for the big (about 17,000 people) student missions conference, Urbana. Today starts to get busy with the booths open from 1:00-6:30pm. I will be at the OMF International booth with about 30 colleagues. We are there to be available to talk with students about missions. Urbana ends New Year’s Eve and I fly back to Vancouver Jan. 1. Pray for wisdom as we interact with the students seeking to discern how God is working in their lives, and also to challenge them with the spiritual needs of East Asians around the world.
May God surprise you will unexpected blessings in the New Year!
